More Carols of Christmas to start your Christmas cards

A few weeks ago, I joined in a blog hop showcasing projects using the upcoming early release Carols of Christmas bundle from the 2017 Holiday Catalogue.

Look at all the beautiful images in the stamp set.

… and the Card Front Builder Thinlits are so versatile – not just for Christmas!

Today, I have some more projects using this bundle which is now available for you to purchase.

The photograph of this first card does not do it justice. In real life it is so sparkly!

The card base and the die cut tree are Soft Sky. The frame has been die cut from Silver foil, and the ornaments and sentiment are heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder. ⅛” Silver Ribbon has been used to suspend the ornaments.

… just a little decoration for the inside.

Look at how quick and easy this card is. The card base is Thick Whisper White. The art panel is Whisper White, stamped with the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, flowers and berries in Real Red and leaves in Garden Green. Garden Green provides the layering for the art panel.

The big WOW is the die cut at the top left and bottom right of the panel. Those stars/flowers would work just as well on a congratulations or birthday card. Think of all the possibilities.

… very simple for the inside in Basic Gray.

Non-traditional colours are used for this last card. The base is Marina Mist with a layer from the Bundle of Love Specialty DSP. The cute little die cut deer and the sentiment have been stamped in Soft Suede. Look at the die cut trees and the die cut header of stars and moon. Once again, these dies could be used for any occasion – baby, birthday, congratulations.

I used some of the negative die cut pieces to decorate the inside.

I hope that these projects have given you more ideas (as well as Christmas) for this bundle and even more reason to purchase it. Visit my online shop or contact me today to order yours.
