Naturals Composition and Wasabi

At the start of the DSP section in the main catalogue, there is a series called Naturals Composition Specialty. They consist of a series of glossy patterns printed on heavy-weight Natural paper. Due to the glossy effect, they are perfect for emboss resist.

On this piece, I have used a Blender Pen and Whisper White Craft Ink to colour the flowers. A piece of paper towel was then used to wipe away any excess ink on the glossy sections. After adding a piece of Whisper White taffeta, it was layered onto a base of Wild Wasabi. The sentiment from Teeny Tiny Sentiments was stamped in Wild Wasabi on Whisper White, and cut with one of the Bitty Banner Framelits. The framelit was used to cut another shape with Wild Wasabi. This piece was cut in half and layered behind the white shape before being added to the card with dimensionals. I then took a Jewel Basic Pearl, coloured it green with a Sharpie and added it to the sentiment label.

Don’t you just love the finish? I can see lots of possibilities with the other papers in this series.
